MEET JESS

Jess is a Certified Registered Nurse and Holy Fire Reiki Master. For over 16 years she has provided holistic health and medical care to her patients and clients. She honed the skill of teaching about health and wellness at the beside in a prominent Cleveland-area hospital and began seeing clients privately in 2020. In addition to her knowledge of health and disease, she has continued to study the nervous system and the numerous methods for calming and healing stress and anxiety in our physical bodies.

✓ 1:1 support as needed via private chat. Sometimes things come up - situations, events, circumstances, even people - who really challenge our ability to manage our stress and anxiety. When this happens, you are supported.

Will we meet in person or virtually?

We will meet virtually via zoom each week on Monday from 12-1pm EST.

What if I cannot make the live group session?

No worries. All of our sessions will be recorded and available for access on a private platform.

What if I am already working with a health care professional for my anxiety?

Perfect! This is a beautiful supplement to the work you are already doing. I would expect that it will help catalyze your results. Even though I am a trained and certified Registered Nurse, Calm Crusaders is not a substitute for reliable medical care.

What if I feel like I need additional support?

Then simply reach out.

Additional support is available in the following forms:

  1. All Calm Crusaders can opt for the VIP upgrade and get one private Calming Reset session with me monthly.

  2. All Calm Crusaders can book a private 90 minute session with me - in person @ my Shaker Heights location or virtually.

  3. I am always available in private chat (via email or IG) to support you.

What makes you qualified to provide this support?

I am a trained, certified Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience providing care for patients. I am also a trained Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki is a tool I use with my private clients and during our group meditations to provide additional healing and support.

Why is this program 6 months?

Reseting your nervous system and relearning how to calm down takes time and practice. My clients often report results quickly, but your body and mind need repetition to create lasting impact.
