Who am I?
As a woman in this world I am constantly identifying myself for others to understand me. Can you relate?
I am a nurse, mother, healer, energy guide, breath work fanatic, and woman in perpetual motion. My work in this world is to guide women through healing their physical body on the path to connecting with their true self.
I want more than anything to help women get to know who they REALLY are…Deep in their soul… Independent of the roles and diagnoses we often let the outside world use to label us. We are so much more.

I help women create lasting cellular healing. Deep cellular healing. Regardless of where you are in your physical healing journey, I will meet you there and begin your process of REDEFINING HEALTH.
